Sagar Hotel Just 5 Min From Golden Temple - Amritsar

I particularly enjoyed the impressive quickness of the housekeeping and food service. The food was delicious, especially the tea! My room was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to dine late in the boardroom when I was in need.

Great location, just a short distance from the Golden Temple. The staff, while a bit distracted at times, were helpful when approached. Rooms had their quirks, but the hospitality made up for it. Plus, the street food nearby was a good treat! A decent stay for the price.

Had really comfortable stay for one night. The room we had included climate control, flat-screen television, and coffee/tea making equipment.

Attentive service overall and parking onsite. A decent size and neat room, shower facilities, a bidet, and bath sheets in the room. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

I really appreciated the hotel's location - super close to the train station and just a short walk from some amazing local sites. The spacious rooms gave me plenty of room to unwind after a busy day. Plus, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, which was a nice bonus!

The service left a lot to be desired. Night staff were a bit rude and unhelpful, and I faced issues with the shower not working properly. There were also some cleanliness concerns that couldn’t be ignored. it was an okay stay, but definitely room for improvement!

No complaints whatsoever, I had a very very good stay and would use them next time. Well-maintained room, that also was decent sized. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The service was efficient, totally satisfied.

It was fairly clean, staff was very helpful. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, just off railway, bus stand, golden temple, durgyana temple, Golden Temple and city center...

I had a terrible experience here. The staff was unhelpful and charged us extra for early check-in despite previous confirmation. Our room had a weird, musty smell, and they never bothered to fix any of our issues. Highly disappointing!

we had a pleasant stay at the sagar. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the partition museum and the golden temple, which made it very convenient for us. the rooms were cozy and clean, and the washroom was impressively modern and well-maintained. we especially appreciated the warm hospitality from the front desk staff, mr vikrant and mr armaan, who went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating an early check-in. their friendly demeanor made our experience even better.
